A large comfortable conference room with seating to accommodate the number of attendees should be arranged in the "Chevron" layout below.

LARGE, COMFORTABLE CONFERENCE ROOM:

Chevron seating layout (see diagram) please note: in a rectangular meeting room, the projection screen should be placed along one of the two longer walls.

Window shades to eliminate bright sunlight

Lunch & breaks (2 in the am and 2 in the pm)

Bar stool at front of room

Skirted table for materials at front of room

Table name card tents (first name only – VERY LARGE BLACK LETTERS)

AV REQUIREMENTS:

Computer projector: (minimum 2000 lumens)

Large projection screen positioned for center front or rear projection. Please note: in a rectangular meeting room, the projection screen should be placed along one of the two longer walls.

Speakers/sound system for laptop audio

Extension cord/power strip at front of room

White board or flip chart and fresh markers

Table at front of room for projector and laptop

Wireless lavaliere clip-on microphone with fresh batteries for groups larger than 20

Riser (2 or 3 foot) for audiences greater than 50 people
